digital 15 meters cylinder test & strip downbench covers
every cylinder from your Grab loader on the farm to the
Drill rig in the pit to your Ultra large excavator on the
mine.With a maximum torque of 100,000 ft/lb for easy
nut removal & installation. Testing capacity up to 350
bars ensures that any internal or external leaks on
repairedormanufactured Cylinders is picked up on the
rig.
• Cylinder tube Honing & Rod polish for Re-useability to
within OEM Specifications.
• Assembly, Disassembly & Assessment is carried out by
trained staff to ensure components meet the tolerances
& specs used by OEM’s.
• This in-depth assessment allows all relevant
measurements for easy referenceat any stage of the
component repair process.
• Re-sealing is done using quality branded OEM SEALS.
• Re-tubing and Re-Roding are done ‘in house’ in our
machine shop.
• Replacement cylinders can also be manufactured to suit
any application.
